Super beautiful location. So nice to wake up and have a wonderful view of the jungle. Rooms are cute and artistic. Great to get off the grid a little and look up at the stars at night. Lots of cute animals, cats, dogs, ducks, etc on property roaming around. Some fresh fruit available.

A little bit run down, and check-in is led by a volunteer so there won’t be a lot of support if you need something beyond getting the room key. The kitchen is not available for guest use. Do bring your own water and snacks as it’s a little ways off to pick up anything. All par for the course for this type of place - just good to be prepared!

I didn't eat anything. I loved the atmosphere. It was literally like driving into a rainforest or jungle. It was beautiful and gives that natural being one with nature feeling. Liked the ducks and chickens and the crickets sounds at night. Giving that living in the country feel.

There is no air conditioning and the fan that was on the wall was very dirty so the airflow was blocked from the caked on dust. There were also baby spiders crawling all over my backpack when I woke up the first morning. The cats were also excessive in their meowing and sounding like crying little human babies and clawing at my main door and rear balcony door. I don't like cats at all so this was a big negative to me.

really liked the location, right in the wilderness of El Yunque. The outdoor shower was great too, such a pleasant end to the day. Gorgeous views all around.

First of all, you can only enter the room (ours was Papaya) through the bathroom, which smelled like urine. The room does not have an indoor shower, outdoor only. The room doesn’t have AC but the fan was strong; still, it was pretty warm. The worst part was the bed, which had very clearly old and thinned out bedsheets that kept falling off, leaving us on the bare mattress in the middle of the night. Some new sheets that fit the bed would go a long way. The bed was also uncomfortable, on top of that. Some bugs were present as expected, did not bother us.
