Personal muy atento y capacitado , instalaciones maravillosas y acogedoras !! Altamente recomendable!!! Gracias :)
La comida, debería ser más variado el menú para aquellos que no estamos tan acostumbrados a comida italiana

1. The attitude of the "security" personnel. He acted like a sheriff of the old west whit a stranger in town. Mean, arrogant, and full of himself with not even one pint of courtesy. He pretended to interrogate me and give me instructions like he owned the town.
2. They promised to send an invoice to justify my expenses with my company. So far, I have not received it despite their promise that they will send it.
3. The front desk personnel were genuinely nice but poorly trained to attend to the needs of their clients.
