Over 3,400 square feet on 1/2 an acre. 3 Decks all with amazing lake views, 75" TV, 2 Jacuzzi BathTubs, 2 Fire Pit areas, seating areas by lake. 2 single person kayaks, 1 double kayak, paddle boat, noodle sling seats, corn hole, horseshoes, treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, half pickleball court, paddles and balls. The house is fully stocked with coffees, spices, oils, flour, sugar, foil, baggies, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, shampoos, conditioners, body wash, blow dryer, some waters, extra blankets, beach towels, coolers and hopefully all the gadgets you will need for the kitchen.

Hiking starts right down the street from our house at Hobbs National Park, Shaddox Hollow & Historic Van Winkle Trailhead. All less than 10 minutes away.
Enjoy bonfires at our cozy firepit nestled on top of the rocks with an amazing lake views!

First of all Christie was a great host and quick to answer any questions. The views off the balcony were great. Yes the dad/mom and 2 baby deer running around all weekend was fun to watch and see. Being close to the water and having the kayaks/paddleboat to use was great. Main floor of the house was very open and felt like you could spread with our group of 7. Really the only complaint would be is how the basement is set up and no fault of the owner. The 3 bedrooms share a single jack and Jill bathroom with 1 sink. Also the 3rd bedroom which is great for kids is connected to the east wing bedroom so you have to go through main bedroom to get to the bunkbed room. Also from previous reviews the walk down to shore line is steep so if you have any elder people in your party it’s not the best for them. You can drive down around and drop them off closer if they want to go to the water edge:)
