Lokalita bola vynikajúca, byt je celkom vkusne zariadený, ale je skôr vhodný pre dve osoby, a maximálne dve maličké deti (to kvôli gauči), colosseum je na dve minúty pešo cez pekný park, bar a kaviareň hneď oproti vchodu do budovy, a všetko ostatné na dosah (potraviny, reštaurácie všade naokolo. A naviac sa nám páčilo mesto ktoré priam dýcha históriou a preto Rím odporúčam každému od 18 do 118 rokov aj s deťmi.
Okná sú asi už staršie a majú veľmi slabú zvukovú izoláciu, skoro všetko bolo počuť. Rozťahovací gauč na ktorý som sa pýtal pred rezerváciou či tam v pohode prespia deti, tak ten je hrozný, jeho rozťahovacia konštrukcia je prehnutá a neskutočne vŕzga. Ďalej menší nedostatkom je že záchod je už starý a asi prívod vody upchatý, lebo trvá asi 10 minút kým sa znova naplní vodou po spláchnutí. A nehovorím že tam bol neporiadok, ale dalo by sa upratovať aj dôkladnejšie pred príchodom hostí.

This is simply one of the best places that I have stayed. Should start with the host, Fabio, who truly lays out the Roman hospitality. Thanks for your welcome, generosity and all the tips that helped us to experience Roma. The apartment's location is fabulous - only 4 mins walk to Colosseo. The view from the apartment is stunning - we stayed-in one evening just to watch the sunset from the apartment. The air-con was much appreciated in the blazing heatwave. Such an enjoyable place and a wonderful host. When in Rome, you know where to stay...
