Really nice location, not too far from Dingwall but felt much further in the wilderness which is what I wanted. Highland Coos chilling in the field opposite and a really quiet spot. Super clean inside and the rooms were a great size. My favourite element was the wall with the original horse feeding fixtures from when it would have been a stable! Really nice inside with a garden area you can chill in with a great view.

Stable cottage is beautiful, it is furnished to a very high standard , extremely comfortable and stylish , it’s situated amongst woodlands with views to the mountains on one side , there are many walks around the cottage . Our dog ( Vinny the ginger ninja ) loved it . The drive to Ullapool is amazing and we saw white-tailed eagles while we were there , a walk from the cottage to little Garve old bridge is a must , we saw dippers when we went . It is properly dark at night and the stars are amazing . The owners of the property are lovely and extremely helpful . We didn’t want to leave it’s so good .

Wonderfully comfortable bed. Quaint and quirky decor. Quiet location.
Would have preferred a bathroom easily accessible from the ground floor bedroom.
