The door code was easy to use. I had expressed concern that I might not understand how to open the door so while I was punching in the code (easier than expected :) one of the friendly staff persons rode up on a bicycle to be sure I was okay.
The hosts were so very nice and quickly responded to questions. One of us left a piece of clothing in the apartment that was put in their lost & found and that we were able to retrieve after 10 days when we returned to London before leaving England. They generously left nice welcome amenities (water, beer and snacks!).
Just a 2-minute walk to all the buses on Fulham Road that can take you across the city to main attractions. Just a 15 minute walk to Earls Court station and that neighborhood filled with restaurants and pubs.
It was not a big issue for us, but for those with mobility issues, note that there is a set of steps from the street level down to the apartment. There is also a set of steps off the kitchen to go down to the ensuite bedroom.

Good location and quiet, close to bus stop and 15 minute walk from the tube.
Despite arriving an hour after check in the cleaner was still there & left bins un-emptied. However staff were very responsive.

NIRU offers plenty of space so it’s easy to relax and not feel cramped - offering a very nice kitchen to a large living space to a separate washer and dryer. And it is not located in the heart of London which is a good thing. There is easy access to the busses which are convenient.
