Room was clean, comfortable & parking was provided..Directions were clear & easy to find..Staff were also friendly & helpful..Overall, a pleasant & comfortable stay
Walkway from parking area to lobby quite dark & water dispenser only available at Level 1, while I stayed at Level 4, so it was a little inconvenient to go downstairs just to refill my water bottle

Soft pillows, spacious bathroom. Next door is a big restaurant, pharmacy and bank..
Front desk insisted on 3pm check in. Doesn't matter what. How can a hotel not have a room available even at 1 pm? And they wanted to charge RM50 if I insisted on checking in at 1.30pm..
On return to hotel next day, at 6pm the room was not cleaned at all. The excuse was I didn't tell them.
I have stayed in scores of hotels around the world. This is the first time the front desk insisted that the client must ask the room to be cleaned or no fresh towels, amenities, cleaning etc will be provided.
