Comfortable, well-located, very clean apartment with parking included and an always responsive and helpful manager

Comfortable, well located, with everything close by. It included parking, was very clean, and it was very easy to communicate with the manager, who was always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

As it was in an area with many restaurants, the apartment sometimes had a strong smell of food.

NEVER AGAIN!!!

nothing ….

If you are looking for a dirty apartment, kept in precarious conditions of hygiene… but in Midtown…. then you can book it. Otherwise, I strongly advise against booking this apartment. As I said, housekeeping is very poor and almost on the verge of decency. My wife and I had to completely clean up the kitchen and bathroom. We were afraid to touch everything. Because everything was anointed. Dishes, pots, glasses and cutlery still greasy and greasy. I had to buy a new pan, because the ones that were there were super greasy and dirty. The handles of the kitchen furniture, the furniture itself and the refrigerator, dirty with grease. I had to buy a degreasing detergent, a dish sponge and a cloth to be able to clean everything decently. The owners did not leave any kitchen cloths to clean. Shameful. The dish sponge was old and smelly. Only found 2 dishwasher tablets(for 12 days!). The walls dirty and full of black and yellow marks and with blood stains (dead mosquitoes, probably). The living room carpet was full of nasty stains. The washer and dryer did not work well. After washing I found my clothes stained with rust. The dryer does not dry clothes well. The ad shows two different appliances. It's not right . The 2 sofa beds were dirty and smelling of grease. I had to leave the window open because the stench was strong. The balcony dirty (I think it was cleaned months ago) and sad. Only 4 chairs and a small low table which is also dirty. The pictures in the ad showed two comfy chairs and a sofa. But there weren't. It is very unfair to present fake photos. The bathroom was barely better than the kitchen… but dirty. The mat was originally white, but when we got there it was gray…..dirty. 🙄 In the bathroom there are no towel hangers and there is no shelf for shampoo and shower gel in the shower. The mattress is uncomfortable and with springs too soft. We slept terribly. There are excellent memory foam mattresses. I recommend changing it.
