Location and parking as we were attending Comicon for the weekend and the apartment was a 5 minute walk with street parking directly outside. We could also park at the hotel nearby prior to check in which was a bonus.
The apartment was clean and had everything you needed even tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc, the bedroom was large with a comfy bed and dressing table.
Checking in was easy at the nearby hotel, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The sofa was very uncomfortable and also when out as a bed - we only stayed there for 2 nights and was out all day so didn’t effect us too much, but if we had stayed there for longer it would have been a problem.

Very pleasant neighbourhood, lots of bus stops nearby, metro station as well, corner shops, restaurants, parks etc. Simple connection to wherever you are trying to go. Apartment was really nice, it also has a little backyard.
It was advertised as enough spatious for 5 people (1 sleeping on a couchbed in the living room, the other 4 in 2 bedrooms), which was completely manageable, but overall tight for 5 people. What I personally missed were a pair of disposable slippers and at least 1 stool in the apartment, something to sit on besides the beds :D (just a tip for the owners to consider). At the end those are my small complaints, overall everything is as described in the booking.

Great location for the excel.
Not brilliantly clean and so, SO HOT! A couple of weak fans provided but they did very little. Extremely expensive for what you get.
