TownePlace Suites Miami Kendall West

I liked the cleanliness and the room was perfect.

Truthfullu, the check-in. Not too friendly and when I called to have extra towels, and a couple of pillows, I was told no problem they would alert housekeeping, this was around 1:00 p.m. by 3:00 p.m. we left to do some shopping and eat. When we got back a couple hours, we went to the front desk to find out about our request, after searching her app, she claimed it was delivered; however once in our room, the request had not been sent. I called and a few minutes she came to our room and gave me the towels, and one pillow. I figured I'd use some along with the pillow to keep me on my side since my prior eye surgery I should not sleep on my back.

I loved the location and the room was extremely comfortable. The staff offered daily cleaning which was great and overall the hospitality was great. The breakfast was really good as well

Everything, perfect as usual!

Everything was wonderful!

Very good

Bathroom showers and cheap toilet sits!!! During my last visit your staff indicated the problem of water spilling onto the floor would be corrected. This situation is both dangerous and unnecessary. It needs to be resolved before someone slips and gets hurt. Regarding cheap toilet sits your company could do much better.
