Poor experience - stay elsewhere!

I always avoid writing negative reviews, but I need to share my poor experience upon arriving at this place. On the day of my check-in around 8:30 PM, I texted and requested check-in between 9-10 PM; they said it wouldn’t be a problem. I arrived around 9:35 PM and buzzed the doorbell. The guy at the reception had no clue we were coming. I told him to call Booking, the apartment owner, that we would wait. He came back after 15 minutes, saying that he could not find my reservation or speak to anyone. For that reason, I couldn’t get into the place until someone called him. I asked him to come outside so I could show him my reservation confirmed on the app. He stood next to the gate, read it, and said, “Yeah, but I can’t let you in. You need to wait outside.” The problem here is that my husband and I had four suitcases and brand-name purses/backpacks, and everyone knows that São Paulo has pickpocketing and bag snatching at night. There we were, my husband not speaking any Portuguese, outside in a “dangerous” area with so many valuable things in our bags. I even asked the guy to take my bags inside, and we would wait outside, but he was so rude, walked away, saying, “I cannot do anything; you need to wait out there.” In the meantime, we had so many homeless people approaching us, and I am glad it was just homeless people—it could have been bad. Besides being exposed and outside a property I paid to stay in, I was pretty upset about having to wait because that day we were traveling for more than 7 hours. I was expecting to get in and relax, but the opposite happened. It definitely brought my husband and me so much stress. I do not recommend, definitely stay elsewhere!

Superb

Everything was great

I didn't like really that how should I say the facial recognition to get into the building

Very good

Nice place, very good feel and space was great. It showed air conditioning but the apartment I was in didn't need it at that time. Very well furnished with everything you need.

A localização é excelente!!!
