Czystość obiektu pozostawiała wiele do życzenia.

Very poor experience: wrong location, safety issues, broken cooktop, and no assistance.

The view and the general location were good.

Unfortunately, our experience was negative for several serious reasons. Incorrect address and taxi issues The taxi booked through Booking dropped us off in front of the Intercontinental Hotel, about 10 meters from Emilii Plater 47 (the address shown on Booking). When searching for the address, it appeared correct, but the apartment was actually located in a different area, north of the Palace of Culture and not west of it as indicated. This caused confusion, wasted time, and inconvenience upon arrival. Unsafe bathroom In the bathroom there was a dangerous and misleading tile that looked like a small door or storage compartment. Fortunately, I noticed it immediately and warned my family not to touch it. A child could easily open it and have it fall on their feet. This is unacceptable and should at least be secured or made safe. Non-functioning cooktop and lack of assistance From Sunday at 12:30 PM, the cooktop suddenly stopped working and was never repaired. From that moment on, for every remaining lunch and dinner of our stay, we were forced to ask restaurants or other places to prepare food for our 10-month-old baby, causing major inconvenience. In the afternoon I had to go to McDonald’s, while my wife asked a pizzeria to prepare something for the baby. In the evening we had to eat out again. A Booking support agent told us to eat out and keep receipts, while the property kept saying they would send someone, which never happened. We had left the key in the lockbox to allow access, yet despite repeated promises, nothing was ever fixed. To make matters worse, we were later called and asked to rate the property from 1 to 5 as if nothing had happened. I explained everything again, with no result. It has now been 10 days trying to contact them for a refund due to this poor experience, but they keep telling us to wait. They did not even respond to Booking support and hung up when they realized Booking was on the phone.
