Description written is not accurate, book with caution.

The location is good and walkable to the Rainbow Beach. The pool area is great for kids. Parking is actually available.

There is no linen provided which means you got to bring your own linen or hire from them with additional cost. This wasn't stated clearly under the important information & policies. We are only aware after an email was sent to us that we need to hire linen at additional cost or bring our own. There is also no bathmat in the second bathroom, you got to bring your own. No hand towel, no toiletries too. There is no air con in two of the bedrooms, only 1 master bedroom has Air Con as well as the living room. I checked with the staff if it is okay to keep the trash in the bin within the apartment as we did not remove them and they said 'it is fine'. However, the next day after checking out, I got an additional charges of over $50. I called up to check what that was for and the staff mentioned it was 'cleaning fee' for us not emptying our trash upon check out and also stating that the cleaners told longer to clean and 'freshen' the air as we threw the diapers into toilet bin (which all diapers with poo are in diaper bags before throwing in the covered bin) I mentioned that we were not told that we need to remove own trash and I checked with them upon checking out, the lady told me that they have a 'signage' in the reception stating that all trash need to be removed which I have not seen that. This is really not acceptable, if trash need to be removed, it should be written in the policies or on the direction map given. If not, staff should highlight to their clients about this during keys collection. Definitely not worth the price for all this.

Lovely unit, way bigger than expected, with a whole wing for parents. Two TVs with DVD players as well. Lovely pools and an easy walk through to the beach. Very private corner unit overlooking tropical surrounds. Had a lovely holiday and will be back. Air conditioning in living area and main bedroom was great, too.

It was all good.
