The worst of the worst!

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this property. The owner's rude and unprofessional attitude completely ruined my holiday mood and the quality time I was supposed to enjoy with my young family. What should have been a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

In all my years of travelling, I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional property owner. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was faulty, and despite reporting the issue, it was not resolved that night. Naturally, I was dissatisfied and requested compensation for the inconvenience. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner belittled me and shifted the blame onto me. The owner criticised my booking for stating only 2 adults, even though the child policy clearly stated that only guests aged 18 and above would be counted as occupants. Based on this policy, I did not see the need to include my young children as additional adults. The owner even went so far as to say that one bedroom was sufficient for two adults. This is a two-bedroom apartment that I paid for, and I have every right to use both bedrooms. It is absolutely not the owner's place to question how I choose to use the facilities I have paid for, as long as I comply with the property's stated policies. To make matters worse, the apartment itself was poorly maintained, with a worn-out and shabby appearance. The toilet was dirty, the bedsheets and curtains were dusty, and there was only ONE spoon provided for a two-bedroom apartment. The body wash provided was extremely diluted, as though it had been mixed with water. It gives the impression that the owner is too cheap to provide proper toiletries for guests. I requested garbage bags, but the property provided flimsy, low-quality plastic bags that were deteriorated and tore easily. The overall cleanliness and amenities were far below expectations. Poor property maintenance, inadequate amenities, and extremely disappointing customer service. The owner's rude attitude and lack of professionalism made an already unpleasant experience even worse. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

It's good view

The door no secure enough no inside lock u might feel not save, no grill door also, no room service, u have to pay if you need anything, sometimes host out of cavarage can't be reached ,sand see fly kina alot inside the house, too much rules , you can't cook, water kinda slow flow.
