The property is very conveniently located, making travel to and from it both easy and comfortable. The amenities provided were excellent, and the rooms were clean and well-organized. The breakfast served was sufficient for each guest. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering support with everything we needed; we even enjoyed some warm, engaging conversations with them. This is definitely a hotel I would choose to stay at again—thank you for everything! I’d like to send a special greeting to Faruk. If your travels take you to Fes, I highly recommend staying here, where you can chat with Faruk in person and discuss all the details in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore Fes. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was very good value for money.
The main downside was the bed and pillows, which were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. More comfortable mattresses and pillows would make a big difference to the overall experience.
