We absolutely loved our stay at Mountainside Villas. Our unit was clean, spacious, quiet, & in a beautiful location! We enjoyed having use of the recreation center. We will definitely visit again soon.
The only less than positive experience was how long it took to check in..or waiting to check in. We arrived after normal business hours on a Friday evening and checked in at the Welcome Center. The line was long & moved very slowly. The attendant helping us was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Anything that can be done to speed up that process would be appreciated by all guests.

I love the two bedroom townhomes and the price as well. There is a lot of space for families.
There were rat droppings in the first unit and we had to be moved to another unit.

Great location, not far from the activities, the view of the golf course great! Very spacious, the jacuzzi & the sauna was lovely!
Nothing.

They open layout of the unit with the fireplace.
Housekeeping aspects were horrible. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Pulled the covers back on bed there was a wad of hair so we stripped the bed and used sofa bed linen which was too small.coffee maker was dirty and few dishes had stuck on food. The jacuzzi filter was disgusting.
