The room was lovely, location was great.
The staff were miserable and didn't seem helpful. On check in, we were told that we could get beach towels by the pool and show our room key. The following day, we asked 3 staff members nobody knew, we then went back to reception to query, to be told €40 euros for deposit. Why did they not say at check-in? Some of the sunbeds were chargeable at €70 euros and the barmen was unfriendly.

The property is well located but what really made for an enjoyable stay was the friendliness of the staff. They went over and above which is lovely to see these days, a particular mention to Iona and Anisa.
The music from the hotel next door played loudly until midnight ( but probably not something that the hotel could do anything about)

The hotel is comfortable, but it's a rather older hotel that would need some renovations to be better equipped.
Location is a little bit out of the main promenade of Sarande, which is close enough to supermarkets and restaurants.
The hotel staff doesn't seem to be the most prepared (English is rather bad). We liked that you have a nice pool with beach access, but the pictures on booking they show is from the beach club right at the side of the hotel. So you need to pay 80 euros (!!!) if you want to use the beds with hangig hammocks, for me that is false advertisement. Hotel guests can use just normal beach seats and prepare your ears for extremely loud music coming from the beach club at all times. The breakfast was very good, we loved the orange cake !

The location of this hotel is very good, and the beach they have in front is also good.
This hotel is very expensive for what it provides. The room we booked had no balcony and faced the back of the property. The price difference compared with a room with a view was very small, which made the choice feel even less worthwhile.
The hotel also seems to have been neglected in terms of maintenance. The TV in our room did not work at all, and when we contacted the hotel to see if someone could fix it, nobody seemed to care or make any effort to help.
There were also small but telling details throughout the room. For example, they left a floor lamp in the room, but there wasn’t even an outlet nearby where it could be plugged in.
The breakfast was also very basic, with what seemed like cheap, low-quality ingredients.
Overall, there are simply too many details that don't justify the price. We found another hotel directly across the street for about half the price, and it offered significantly better amenities and overall value.
For the price, I expected much more.
