Rzeczy wartych docenienia jest sporo. Przede wszystkim lokalizacja, wprost doskonała, w samym sercu historycznego centrum Bolonii.
Na pochwałę zasługuje również właściciel Raffa. Bardzo sympatyczny i niezwykle pomocny człowiek.
Sam apartament przytulny, cichy i spokojny.
Wyposażenie również na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Ręczniki, przybory kuchenne, żelazko, wentylator, tv, kuchenka i mikrofalówka a w WC bidet.
Napewno wrócimy tam ponownie
Jak wspomniałem wcześniej apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania, jeśli już musiałbym coś wymienić w tej sekcji to brak windy i nieco mała łazienka, więc lokal raczej odradzał bym osobom z niepełnosprawnością.

The apartment is located in the heart of Bologna, literraly at Piazza Magiore, at a 1-minute walk in a small street, which is a very big plus - the location is in the same time very quiet and you can relax during the night, and in the heart of the city at a walking distance from all important sights. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a light meal, all necessary kitchenware is available, fridge not in the photos, but present in the apartment. Photos apply to the reality.
The apartment is clean, bathroom is enough. Important detail is that there are stairs to reach the 2nd floor and no elevator. Check-in is remote, no need to look for key or go some place else.
Bus stop is at a short walk away and you can easily reach any other part of the city. Enormous choice of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket nearby open Mon-Sun.
Last but not least - the host Raffaele is just adorable, very cooperative, instructions for check-in are clear and simple. His tips and tricks for a nice stay in Bologna were very precious.
Will definitely go back for future visits. Thank you, Raffaele!

The air conditioner was a bit old and it was difficult to cool the apt.

On a beaucoup aimé l’emplacement du logement ! En plein cœur du centre ville, dans une petite rue charmante
La Clim fonctionnait et le lit était ok
Plusieurs points sont à souligner :
- une taxe est demandée en + du tarif Booking, non précisée dans l’annonce. C’est cependant habituel sur Bologne apparemment
- le logement n’était pas très propre : moisissure & odeurs d’humidité, poussière, taches, VMC & ventilateur poussière ++, frigo & vaisselle un peu sales
- la wifi n’était pas excellente
- il y avait un gros manque d’ équipements pour cuisiner : pas de planche à découper, pas de torchons, pas de couteaux de cuisine..
- des bouteilles d’eau, de l’huile d’olive et du sucre auraient été appréciés
- dernier point : le logement n’a pas de clés 🔑 : il y a un code digital à l’entrée qui permet d’ouvrir donc très bien, mais on ne peut pas fermer l’appartement depuis l’intérieur ce qui est très limite
