Location was excellent, a great pub serving amazing Thia food, just 5 min walk away and very welcoming
Property quite small, but as expected, very clean and comfortable.

Perfectly located for what we needed.
Quiet location.
Everything we needed.
We couldn’t book for two nights as it was already booked!

Lovely location, very quiet, clean, nice toiletries, fresh bedding and towels, good pub within a few minutes walk, easy to access Harrogate and Ripon by car or use the local bus opposite.
The bedrooom has large windows which look onto the courtyard, next to the owners garage, felt over looked and kept the blinds closed, it’s not busy but I just felt a little uncomfortable. I think there is a damp issue as the kitchen cupboards smelt as did the bedroom curtains, probably a minor water ingress issue.

Very quiet. Comfortable bed.it was much smaller than expected
Didn't like not having a living area separate from the bedroom. Felt uncomfortable eating at the tiny table in the entrance.
