Buena calidad-precio
Podía estar un poco más limpio.

Great central location, windows are not towards the streets, so it’s not loud during the night (if you don’t count ACs but we did not mind that).
The flat just did not meet our expectations, from the pictures it seemed new and fresh, in reality there was some water damage recently(?) and it showed, generally the flat seemed a bit shabby. there was no visible mold but the air just felt musty and not very pleasant. Bathroom could also use some TLC. There were some things not stocked up, so ended up buying it ourselves (rubbish bin bags, dishwasher tablets, hand soap).
