Lage ist sehr gut, nahe Alcudia Port, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte, sowie Strand in Laufnähe, Supermarkt und Bäckerei ebenfalls nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.
Appartment mit 3 SZ und 2 BZ ausreichend groß (wir waren 3 Personen und haben alle 3 SZ genutzt), Aufzug für den 4.Stock vorhanden.
Gastgeber überlässt Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, sehr hilfreich.
Kleiner Balkon im Appartment, wo wir abends gemütlich sitzen und einen Wein trinken konnten.
Große Dachterrasse zur Privatnutzung, die man über die Treppe im Hausflur erreicht.
Grundausstattung (Spültabs, Salz, Pfeffer,...) vorhanden.
Im Master Bedroom mit Fenster zur Straße hat man wenig Lärmschutz. Ab 6 morgens fahren Straßenkehrmaschinen und Glascontainer werden geleert, was sehr laut ist, man wird wach, ob man will oder nicht.
Die Nachbarn nehmen es mit der Nachtruhe um 22:00 sehr genau, wir haben uns auf dem Balkon bei einem Glas Wein in normaler Lautstärke unterhalten...bereits das führt zur Beschwerde. Also weniger geeignet, wenn man abends noch gesellig auf dem Balkon sitzen will.
Die Badezimmer haben an einigen Stellen (Badewannenfugen) deutliche Schimmelspuren.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, from appliances, towels, and kitchen essentials to thoughtful little touches such as board games, which the kids especially loved.
The only downside wasn’t the location, which is actually great, very close to the town centre, shops, restaurants, and the beach, but the morning noise, which was particularly noticeable in the main bedroom.
