I have had a wonderful stay for 6 days in Stockholm at AC Marriott. It was very near ECDC where I was attending a very interesting seminar. The people at the hotel were all very polite. I told them I had to deliver a presentation during my stay (for the postgraduate students of the Public Health School of Athens), they provided me with the password for special access to their professional WI-FI and I had a great experience with it. I also used the spa with a relatively small extra cost (approx. 22 euros) and it was great. All in all a great stay!

Location was good, breakfast nice and staff helpful
Spa costs a lot more on top of your stay and wifi was slow

The rooms and staff were nice. The bathroom especially. Water is pristine.
Room service cleans very rarely. Polyester bed sheets make for hot and unpleasant sleeping experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Located next to train station.
Very small strange shaped room. Tea and coffee facilities in room were poor. Fridge kept falling over.
Not very good value for money. Expected more for the money.
