Loved the proximity to everything in Agios Nikolaos.
The reception staff were also great.
Breakfast was a nice simple buffet and good to be able to sit out in the central garden area to enjoy it.
The rooms could be updated for sure.
We had 411, a top floor room. Technically an external garden view one, but had nice view across the water too. The sea view rooms do get epic views though, especially for sunrise.

Location is Right at the waterfront … in walking distance to the old town and lake. I was happy to get a room to the courtyard which was quiet an still airy it’s a really nice place well equipped with a friendly helpful staff!
Nothing at all.

The location was excellent - short walk to town centre, restaurants and bars.
The breakfast was poor! Slow to replenish the limited offering and the coffee was terrible.
