Cher, sale, communication déficiente, la pire location que j'aie eue
En plein centre.
Parkings gratuits (places blanches) au bout de la rue (sauf le vendredi à cause du marché) ou à 10 minutes à pied à l'autre bout du village.
Commerces à proximité.
Equipement de cuisine plutôt complet pour un appartement de location (mais tous les ustensiles ne sont pas vraiment propres).
Ultra bruyant 24/24. Chambre au dessus d'un restaurant italien dans lequel vous avez l'impression d'habiter, salon sur rue principale bruyante : livraisons dès 6h (plus tôt le vendredi), nettoyage de la rue par des engins de voirie, montage quotidien des stands des magasins, trafic incessant et manœuvres de parking des milliers de visiteurs qui envahissent la ville chaque jour.
Ne comptez pas dormir : impossible avant 2h et après 6h. Un enfer !
Communication :
Instructions check-in compliquées.
Communication déficiente : l'agence ne répond ni aux messages Booking, ni aux sms.
Lors du check-in, la personne se présente avec 30 min de retard.
Pas d'instructions check-out et aucune réponse aux messages.
Propreté :
Très sale, sol poussièreux et collant, déchet sous le lit (voir photos).
WC : odeur d'urine.
Ustensiles cuisine : graisseux et avec restes alimentaires.
Coussins canapé tâchés (voir photo).
Cabine de douche dégoûtante et délabrée (voir photos).
Le ménage n'est clairement pas fait entre les clients (ou plus que basiquement).
Odeurs d'égout des écoulements.
Equipements :
Frigo bruyant.
Chauffe-eau qui fuit et à moitié délabré (danger d'électrocution !!!).
Eau chaude impossible à régler + douche avec juste un filet d'eau + pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas sur son support.
Barre + suspension à serviettes de salle de bain inutilisables : elles tombent dès qu'on les effleure.
Pas de wifi, c’est annoncé, mais quand même dommage au 21e siècle et à ce tarif...
Terrasse :
attention ce n'est pas dit dans la description : la terrasse n'est pas à l'étage mais sur le toit, accès par escalier extérieur. Aucune intimité, car surplombée par les terrasses des voisins et côtoyant les terrasses des autres appartements du building. Ventilations des restaurants alentour émettant de désagréables odeurs. Machine à laver sur la terrasse et non dans l'appartement.
