Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me with some special requests for medical reasons. Comfortable and spacious room. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free beverages, choice of magazines and whimsical art exhibits. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Taiwan!

The bed was very big and comfortable
Staff were friendly
Abundance and good variety of snacks
Bath tub was of the right size
The breakfast was a big disappointment and nowhere near the offerings we have experienced in Michelin 2-star establishments in Europe. A disgrace for the price

Everything! Especially, how nice the staff was (especially the one with the hat!)! Service is top notch, free water, and snacks whenever you want/need. Wine’o’clock was a unique idea. Everything was clean and well designed and comfy. This was one of our best stays overall.
As with every hotel globally: not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff. But that’s really nitpicky.
