Very clean place, modern.
Access was a little stressful so I'd do it before you go. The app was asking me to upload passport details (ultimately not sure that was needed). When I called the help number no one called me back.
Once in the room all was good although there didn't seem to be a way to control the aircon temperature - it was either on or off.

Overall the accommodation was fine.
The sofa bed for the third person wasn’t set up when we arrived. On opening the sofa bed we found it had not been cleaned and was made up with obviously dirty linen. Initially we couldn’t find any clean bed linen to make it up ourselves. I rang the “helpline” number provided to find the 24 hour service was in fact just an answerphone. I left a message asking to be called back asap as we were meant to going out soon. We did then find the linen but also found dirty linen and the cupboards above the kitchenette and above the wardrobe area. I called the helpline again asking for a call and never received a response. I called the helpline again prior to checkout the next day and received an apology but frankly don’t understand why Dwell provide a number which is essentially useless. So I question the cleaning standards as well as the customer service.
