Lovely pool. Staff were very accommodating, thank you to all the reception and kitchen staff for their hospitality 😊

The Mandrem Beach is accessible from the property. The beach is clean and shallow so you can move approximately 100m inside the sea. Also the beach is not crowded like other beaches in Goa and it has one or two shacks. The property is clean and offers serenity which is much needed respite from the loud part of Goa. They upgraded us to the private pool room with beach view.
There is nothing to dislike.

Excellent breakfast, close to beach, courteous staff.
Less options in the property other than swimming pool.

Room spacious ,wallkable distance to beach, good brakfast
Front office staff not at all experenced , no idea about the locations , how to reach , how to get taxi, etc. Front office handling very slow .during check out, kept me waiting for 40 minits inspite of remainding them previous day aswell as early morning to keep the bills ready.Car wont reach the property . Road ends in another property and we have to walk to reach the property.Lunch and dinner limited menu and high priced. No local resturants or shops nearby .
