Lovely room.
Friendly hosts.
Beautiful location.
Comfy lounge.
Staff went above and beyond.
The room was cold. Radiator was on when we checked in, but after going out for the evening the room was cold on return and stayed cold overnight and the next morning. The radiator was cold. Otherwise the room was lovely.

Breakfast was plentiful / excellently cooked. The kitchen staff (Sandra) and waitress (Sylvia) were excellent. The room was larger than I expected, and spotless. Plenty of towels and toiletries. The only problem I found was the room got quite cold at night, but with a lovely quilt and throw, was snug as a bug in the bed.

Clean tidy room, attentive staff, good breakfast, nice conservatory dining room.
Possibly due to the late time I arrived, but the room was not warm in the evening, heating only in the morning, and there was no heat at any time in the bathroom (even though there was a radiator it didn't work).

Nice location. Staff friendly and good
Toilet overflow kept running. Made sleep difficult on occasions. Reported it daily but never fixed properly. We were told when leaving that a new valve had been ordered. Dinner at hotel available only 2 of the 4 nights we were there. The food on those nights however was excellent.
