the rooms were big, the maids were not your normal maids. Friendly and very pretty. something fishy lol.
Gym was small but happy you had stuff

Breakfast was delicious. Room was so clean. Pool was so clean. Thank you.
The pillows were awful. This is our only complaint. I went to the desk and asked for a memory foam type pillows to offer more support, but the hotel only had the one kind of pillow. This is my only complaint, everything else was wonderful!

Everything met my expectations, with one exception!!!
How dare you, Springhill Suits, charge me $5.00 a night to park my car in your parking lot!
Shame on you!
Pure greed!!!
That is an outrage and should be refunded immediately!!!
