The amazing view of the Glasshouse Mountains from the lounge room and terrace. Also the outside terraces and most beautiful gardens. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen extremely well stocked with all the crockery, cutlery etc that we required.

The place requires quite a bit of maintenance and particularly the floors have many dips and hollows which is very dangerous. It appears there have been water leakages in the past and from under the house there are many wet patches on the floor which have made things very unsafe. We left a note for the owners regarding this.

The number of bedrooms, the peaceful location and gardens and wildlife.

House was in a great position and was easy to get around Maleny. It was great for my family of 9 and we fitting in really well. Garden was beautiful. It was lovely having a fireplace as we don't have one at home.

The floors upstairs need fixing as they are quite soft in some areas and my mother is on a walker.

Location was nice and the house was fitted out appropriately for the number of people staying.

The house was very damp. The large room downstairs had condensation on the windows when we arrived and was very musty. Clothes got damp and cold just being in the room. Could open windows during the day which helped but we weren't home during the day. Insect screens were damaged and ill-fitting. There were no security grills so could not have windows open when we were out or at night. Air-con didn't help much, although turning on the electric blankets made the sheets feel less clammy. There were no insect screens on upstairs windows so rooms fillled with moths when the lights were on. The musty smell from downstairs was also noticeable upstairs. The house needs moisture extraction fans, particularly downstairs. The carpets also needed vacuuming.
