Very spacious, extremely clean, good cooking facilities and good shower and bath. Very much liked the key collection system from key fob made checking in so much easier. Love the elevator brilliant idea made moving up to our floor so much easier especially arriving and leaving. The building wouldn’t have looked out of place in a European seaside setting.
Was quite dark at night could have done with few more lights. Shame about the side under construction but hopefully will see it at its best once get around to finishing it

It was comfortable, sea view was a bonus that I didn’t expect..
Close to walk to the sea and restaurants/pubs and cafes
Always nice to have balcony as outside space…
Obviously the unfinished part of complex very ugly but on reading what had happened what can be done by owners..Even finding the entrance to apartment took a while to find, it definitely worried me as lift was broken for a short time and only one narrow flooded staircase to be used by all apartments, definitely think this is dangerous situation as is a five storey block…Unfortunately we couldn’t empty our bin as requested in leaflet on leaving as we couldn’t find outside bins or recycling!?

The facilities were generally very good.
The on-call host was helpful in finding us another flat.
The heating didn’t work in our first flat!
The oven didn’t work
The handbook isn’t relevant and lacking key info
It was noisy when upstairs flushed their loo

Location was fine close to the amenities.
Place was not very appealing. Ask for a lower floor got a room in level 2.
