Good location in chiang mai, aircon in rooms, body wash and shampoo in showers
bathroom could be cleaner

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, open floor plan was nice, pretty sociable but quiet after 11pm so had a nice balance. Staff were super friendly and helpful with booking activities and any queries (lost my headphones, messaged Bo and the housekeeper had found them and she put them in a labelled bag!). Great location - walkable to some great restaurants, bars, 7/11 (of course), shops, etc.
Bathroom was HOT. Very humid despite a fan. Rooms were a little cramped.

Good location, relatively good value for money. Good bar with nice communal area, but if you wanted to sleep doesn’t turn off until midnight.
No safe in room even though one in pictures, shower head was broken so didn’t stay upright, no side lamp, floor had cracks in and the mattress was very uncomfortable.
