Reception staff are kind, helpful and friendly :). I stayed with my husband who is Brazilian and did all the communicating so I’m unsure if they speak English if travellers are curious. The apartment was clean comfortable and had most things we needed. We also really liked the location as it was in a safe area and near breakfast spots. We liked the shower too and the decor was modern.
It would be great to have shampoo in the bathroom and an ironing board. But other than that, everything was great.
