Peaceful location by the lake, some landscaping and stylish interior decor. Staff generally accommodating and communicative via WhatsApp.
Noise pollution due to poor noise insulation of the rooms, incl. noise from neighbouring room or audible bass from music on the premises.
Some service slightly unusual, incl. request to pay immediately upon check-in, without even an invoice, in spite of credit card pre-authorisation, also reception staff not speaking English or not around, when urgently needed.
No laundry service. Some maintenance issues.

The vegetation, furniture, paddle boarding and view are exceptional. Good quality in the restaurant was very good as well. We used the spa for a couples massage and it was extremely nice. Very pleased with Those areas
The pool area had weeds , the water wasn’t treated very well had algae on the edges. A couple of waiters were not very friendly and neither was the young guy at front desk with the neck tattoo.

Exceptional location
Room was too small, and for its characteristics, overpriced.
