The staff are amazing and so very helpful and any request they attend to immediately.
The meals ate fantastic and the chef serves a great meal.
The massages are superb.
The housekeeping staff do a good job in keeping the rooms and bathrooms very clean. The gardens are lovely.
A few things but it all got sorted immediately.

The Breakfast was awesome, The room was clean and tidy, Cannot fault you there. Very comfortable and nicely Decorated. The aircon worked as expected, lighting was good and the bathroom was adequate. Parking was off street and felt safe.
The property looks like it needs a bit of maintenance. The reception was hard to find and the stairs leading up to it was filthy. The pools was also not clean and debris could be seen on the bottom. The instep into the room was also not nice and clean. Although the room was clean and nice.
