Loved the location of this hotel, it was excellent. Felt extremely safe and lively, with great restaurants and shops around the hotel. We had a room facing the sea, therefore it was really wonderful to wake up to every morning and gorgeous pool/view of the sea.

Excellent experience :) Breakfast was fantastic. The service was above and beyond - very thoughtful and took great care of us and our friends. Our friends didn't speak English, the head waiter translated and printed the menu in Slovak language for them. He went above and beyond in his customer service and care for them. Pool was very clean, warm thermal water. The room was also clean. We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Terme Alexander
