The room is small for a couple; if guess stay more than 3 days should have 2 sets of towel .

This property is not a good fit for the business traveler. If you are a young couple planning to go sightseeing all day and come back at the end and you’re looking for a central location - then this place might be for you. For all other reasons I will stay away. Starting from the fact that it’s hard to find. The GPS shows one place however the actual door is on the other side of the building, not at all where the address is. I had to walk around 5 times until I found it. Then I was disappointed to learn that there are plenty of stairs up to the room, a good portion of them are narrow and winding. That was not mentioned in the description of the place or in the reviews and I carried a large suitcase up the stairs and a the end also downstairs which was not pleasant. Beyond that, the place is simply a fairly small room. It was hard to find a place for the luggage and also walk around, the bedsheets were not super clean and somewhat dusty. Barely room to sit on the toilet, and no place for toiletry around the faucet, the shower is nice but again, no place to put the soap or shampoo and since it’s anyway small, it’s hard to bend to the floor for every item without being afraid of hitting a handle or the shower faucet. The window shutters have 2 broken parts and do not completely block the sun so don’t plan on sleeping late since the room gets sunlight early on in the day already. The cloths cabinet is fairly simple, the doors can barely move. The TV has some relevant stations but otherwise it’s fairly old and relatively small. This is no hotel - don’t expect anyone come in to change towels or clean the room during your stay unless you’re there for a long period of time. I can in for 5 nights and my schedule was quite intense during the days, while at night I needed time for some work and the place is not suitable for staying for too long. It’s too claustrophobic. The AC was not working when I came in.

Short stay in London

Great location, at walk-distance from most location and with a major metro stop one block away. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Would recommend for short stays (max 5 nights).

Curtains were not very good and a lot of light got into the room. Soundproofing is not the best either, so you rely on the streets being quiet to get a good sleep. We got bad luck and neighbour was doing construction work so we got woken up to drilling noises or trucks arriving early AM every morning.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very prompt and helpful here on booking!
