Beyond our expectations, the room was very spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful, large bathroom that was nearly unsonorized and had plenty of products, including bath salts and skincare products. The location was very good, close to the metro, making it very easy to move around Osaka, and a short 15–20-minute walk from Dotonbori. The staff were friendly and kind.

Great location
Nothing in mind

Great location for access to Shin-Osaka, Dotonbori. Lovely room, comfy bed, great spacious bathroom with glass screen/door to bathing area. Wardrobe was a plus - just enough storage for 2 days, nice amenities. The lobby was lovely with free hot drinks at certain hours and wine for 500 yen was a nice touch when wine is not always available in Japanese bars and restaurants.
There were no hooks in the bathroom at all for towels or clothes while dressing, only 2 in the hallway. Lighting near mirrors for shaving or putting on makeup was not good enough as you couldn't see what you were doing.
