Great location, lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Easy check-in and checkout, opening doors with the phone worked without any problems.
The chairs are very uncomfortable, looks like they are missing pillows. Despite booking the late checkout at 12, the cleaning stuff showed early.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very cozy, clean, warm, and comfortable for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). Everything was excellent, and we felt right at home.
The location was very convenient, with public transport, cafés, shops, and even a laundromat all within a short walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to other families!

Location is good/ 10 minutes distance from two metro citations/ 20 minutes from Steglitz which is a lovely place for shopping / there is a good restaurant nearby to the place
I stayed more than one month and they refused to clean my room although my invoice included cleaning fees. The door locker stop working and they didn’t fix it. The bed was uncomfortable. There were some noice and light goes into room from outside all the night. The cooker stopped working and they didn’t fix it. I found many guests in my stay and they found same difficulties and some of them were unable to do the check inn because there is no guidance for that in the building.
