Très mauvaise expérience, ayant loué pour 3 nuits nous sommes partis au bout d'une seule nuit!!!
Insalubrité du logement, frigidaire chargé de bouteilles d'eau à moitié consommées, denrées périmées (gruyère râpé datant de 2024), congélateur plein, fruits pourris dans une corbeille, micro-onde sale, ventilateurs ne fonctionnant pas (panne d'une ampoule!!!), recherche de draps sur place avec la soeur du propriétaire pour pouvoir faire les lits avant de nous coucher, salle de bain encombrée (présence d'une truelle de plâtrier non nettoyée, présence de plusieurs tubes de dentifrices entammés ainsi que des brosses à dents usagées, ainsi que des produits cosmétiques usagés, bac à douche sale équipé d'une lingette sale, produits semi-consommés restés sur place, gros problèmes électriques pouvant s'avérer dangereux pour des familles avec enfants, armoire électrique non sécurisée, le condenseur se trouvant à l'extérieur est tombé pendant la nuit à 1 mètre de notre véhicule, je n'ose imaginer s'il était tombé sur l'un de nous !!! Nous avons eu l'impression d'arriver dans un logement qui avait été quitté précipitamment par les précédents loueurs ou propriétaires sans qu'aucun rangement ni nettoyage n'ait été fait après leur passage. Nous déconseillons vivement cette location. Ayant loué pour 3 nuits, devant tant de saleté et d'insécurité, contraints et résignés, nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit et avons quitté les lieux au petit matin.
PS : sur le site cette villa est annoncée "Impasse Anse Bellegarde 19", 97220 LA TRINITE alors qu'en fait elle se situe "Impasse Anse Bellune 19", 97220 LA TRINITE, ce qui nous a aussi occasionné beaucoup de tracas pour trouver ce logement.
