The tour guide and the driver was incredible
I wasn’t picked up from my hotel like advertised, they offered to pick me from another location closeby and I objected. It was late in the night before the actual tour so I slept and the pickup from a nearby location was cancelled all together and I have to pay a ridiculous amount to go and join the bus at a location they dropped on WhatsApp. I was dropped off at my hotel after the tour so that went as advertised

Location is great if you have an overnight connection. You can reach it within 10-15mins on the bus for £1.75 - I don’t think the free bus exists anymore. There’s a couple of options for food within a minute ms walk. My room (5) faced the runway and I quite enjoyed watching planes taking off but some might find the noise annoying (it stops after 11pm).
Experience matched expectations for such a cheap price.
The check in and security deposit process is a bit laborious

Location
No0ne to meet you! A complete hassle getting things done online I had help from another guest on arrival or I would not have stayed! Everything had to be done online and that is hopeless for elderly people! Stairs and a heavy suitcase again I was helped by another guest! Never again!
