The hotel is in a very convenient location, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything was exceptionally clean and tidy throughout our visit.
The hotel itself was really good, so these are just minor personal preferences: the bed was a bit too firm for us, and the main walking areas, including the lobby, didn't have air conditioning (which is noticeable in the Malaysian heat).

Good location only 300-400m walk to 1st Avenue Mall & Perangin Mall. 550m walk to Chowrasta Market.
Huge column in the room 621. Drinking water only provided on 1st day. Subsequent day to refill at water dispenser which located at Lobby only. Buffet oriental breakfast was basic. Coffee not nice.
