The house was clean, daily room service with fresh towels daily. The staff was friendly and accommodating for the rest I needed. Breakfast was nice loved the starters(pancakes and fruitssss)
Wifi stayed on and water was hot everytime I needed to shower. Great stay indeed
I thought the pool was available as seeen on pics but it was not. Maybe a disclaimer to let guests know that pool currently not in use. It was green. I really wanted to swim on the trip though even though it was raining 2 days the last 2 were warm enough for a dipš„¹

The room had potential if it was maintained and clean. The added facial wipes were a bonus and thoughtful touch. Electric blanket, coffee machine and aircon lovely
Towels were tatty, didn't smell great, pool was green and half empty, curtains grubby, walls grubby, voile did not close, windowsill in bathroom had not been cleaned, coffee was not replaced on second day, no cleyon tea or sweetners
