Welcome to our well appointed, conveniently located, updated condo with wonderful unobstructed marina views from the 3rd floor. Located conveniently in Clinton Reef Club Port Clinton, OH. The condo is within walking distance to the Jet Express Ferry to the Lake Erie islands and waterfront restaurants, and also restaurants and shops in quaint downtown Port Clinton.
Condo features include:
>Peaceful unobstructed waterfront/marina/river views!
>Very clean condo totally updated with hardwood floors in the living area, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
>Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed or twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. Perfect for couples, families or friends!
> Two private balconies, one open to the sky, and the other covered from wind or rain, both with amazing water views!
>Secure easy Keypad entry.
>Wireless internet, flat screen TVs with streaming services.
>Well equipped kitchen.
>Convenient in condo washer and dryer.
>Many books and games available for relaxing time in the condo.
>Extra care to cleaning and sanitizing. Also use FPR10 premium heppa filter in furnace/air conditioner to filter the most dust and bacteria from the air. This filter is changed regularly.
> Inviting outdoor pool and hot tub in season overlooking both the marina and Lake Erie.
>Use of two gas grills, picnic tables, a basketball hoop, and fun "boat bar" in the pool area.
>Grounds are very attractive and well maintained.
>Ample close convenient parking available. No assigned spots so you can park anywhere in the lot.
>**********Please Note - The Clinton Reef Marina has 30' docks available with water and electric hook-up that can be rented for a fee per night. If interested, please just let us know and we can connect you with the dock master.
>Very private feel, yet an easy to find location.
>Premium Location at Clinton Reef Club - Walk to the ferry, discover great restaurants like Rosie's, Dock's Beach House, Bootlegger's, or McCarthy's, Kayak or Jet Ski Rental, Fishing Charters, etc.

>About a 30 minute drive, (could be more with traffic), to the famous Cedar Point Roller Coaster Amusement Park.
>Within short distance of local wineries and breweries.
>Within proximity of nature preserves for hiking and birding enthusiasts.
>Close to historical sites like Johnson Island Civil War Confederate Stockade Memorial.

Our entire experience—from booking to checkout—was seamless and enjoyable. The hosts were exceptional communicators, providing detailed instructions for accessing the property and an easy-to-follow checkout guide, which made everything stress-free.The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. It was spotless upon arrival, tastefully decorated, and the complimentary bottle of wine was such a thoughtful welcome. The location couldn't have been better for a summer getaway. Being right on the lake allowed us to enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening, which quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. We also loved being within walking distance of several great restaurants while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. It truly offered the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation.We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book this property again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful lakeside escape.

Great place to stay with fantastic hosts! We appreciated the wine and chocolates that greeted us when we checked in! Paul also does a great job answering any questions and responding quickly! 10/10 would stay again!

Such a relaxing and beautiful condo! We couldn't have asked for anything better! We so enjoy the water view from the balcony so peaceful! We so enjoyed our stay, and the hosts where great with keeping us informed and were always available! The condo was very close to great restaurants, the Jet Express and shopping. Can't wait to come back again!
