The hostel is nice, and the double room very nice, the breakfast is good and the location too. Staff was nice and helpful.
I had some issues sleeping, due to polyester sheets and 2x polyester blankets, and experienced a lot of electricity in the bed due to the altitude and dry air. It was not the best night.. I slept like shit because every time I was moving there were sparkles of electricity. (I was already for some days in Puno in higher altitude and slept well, so altitude was not the reason that I slept bad).
If the hostel would spend some money on cotton sheets it would have made the experience better, and it could go from a 7/10 to a 10/10..

The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive during my stay. Shaddia, Sheila, Maria, and Kika are the dream team and run a phenomenal hostel. There’s a communal atmosphere and it’s easy to connect with other guests especially with the free activities at the hostel, but you can also find space to yourself if that’s what you desire. The bathrooms are clean, the water is hot, and in case something goes wrong with the bathrooms, reception is always open to help. The fries at the bar are really good and they sell really good brownies at reception that are made by a local baker. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The receptionist Asia was extremely helpful, and friendly, during both of my stays at the hostel. Thank you so much for your kindness.
I loved how welcoming the people and the environment were. Intro Hostels Cusco will definitely be my choice next time I’m in Cusco.

Pretty good location and lots of a blankets on the bed as no heating. Always had tea out to serve yourself
No indoor areas to sit in and there wasn’t a lot of sunlight either in the common areas. The breakfast was pretty poor, 1 egg and bread. Volunteers not super helpful either
