I couldn’t stay there.
Nothing
The property was a mediocre compared to what was posted online. I couldn’t stay there not for a night. Shared kitchen in a total mess, appliances in the room were very old and below standard of living not to talk of listing online. Neighbors were smoking weed and the surroundings appeared unsafe.

dirty and disgusting
@87 town house was not available due to maintenance issues so I was moved to @115 town house.
below is the complaint I left to the manager( I think) as there was no contact with an actual person, it’s all done over the phone via a WhatsApp chat
This has been the worst experience I have ever had rent renting temporary accommodation for work.
I got home this evening to a bicycle in the hall for the 3rd night in a row finding it difficult to get past the handle bars just to get up the stairs.
There’s urine all over the toilet seat in the shared bathroom and the toilet seat is broken and generally in a very bad state.
There’s a permanent sound coming from the extraction fan in the bathroom that won’t go off.
It’s now 1am I have been in bed since 10.30Pm after returned from work after an 11 hour shift.
I have the guy next to me in room six screaming down the phone to whoever he’s bloody annoyed with, it’s that loud I can hear the other guy in the phone screaming back at him. Which wouldn’t be so bad for the fact that they keep swapping between rooms and let be bloody doors slam behind them. it would wake the dead the noise is that loud.
My room smells of stale tobacco, the bed is past best and fit for the skip.
And the carpet needs a bloody good clean.
I originally purchased a room for 6 days at no.87 Walthall street that looked nice with perfectly posed with a desk and a chair, with throws and colour coordinated cushions and an en-suite this is not that room. I was transferred to 115 Walthall street, due to maintenance issues I was told.
After my stay here the last few days I believe I have not been sold what I originally purchased through booking.com and wish to be refunded.
I will be making a complaint to booking.com and my review of this place will not be positive.
