We rented out the loft literally before departing while in the airport and everything was super smooth.
We loved how kind Federica and her husband were, the view and of course the hot tub from where we admired the view while drinking wine.
It’s literally an oasis of tranquility and we would recommend anyone to come here.

Bellissima location nel cuore della Toscana. Noi siamo stati in una vinaia completamente ristrutturata in un mini appartamento con tutti i comfort. Complimenti

Self serve breakfast was good. We rented two spaces, a single room and a small apartment. The apartment was fine.
overpriced single room was inadequate. Room was too small and lacked furnishings. Not to mention the critters crawling around in the bathroom. Had to turn the shower off periodically to allow the water to drain to avoid flooding. Steep drive way caused scraping of the car undercarriage on exiting, even at different angles. Thankfully, it was a rental with full coverage.
Neither the apartment nor the single room contained a microwave oven.
