Great cosy cottage with everything you could need, within a short walking distance of two lovely pubs. Our second time staying as find it is perfect base for exploring the moors. Lovely, accommodating hosts.

This is a lovely property, comfortable, cosy and quiet, situated in a beautiful, historic village. Kim was a great host, who communicated all required information before arrival. There is a lock box for contactless access which was handy as we did not know our exact time of arrival.
We loved the wood burning stove, and were grateful for the fresh milk, butter, jams and croissants. Tea and instant coffee is also provided but you will need to bring your own ground coffee for the cafetière.
The kitchen has an oven, stove top, microwave and washing machine. Good shower and comfortable bed.
Make sure you visit St Petroc’s church in the village, the carved rood screen is amazing!

Absolutely wonderful for hikes. Owners are extremely kind and friendly and easy to reach in an emergency.
The next food shop is quite a drive away. This is not about the property really, but it is worth knowing that it is better to come provided with things you need that go beyond the basics. Though the owners leave some milk, tea and buns to get you started which is very helpful.
