Grand Windsock Bonaire

Rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious only thing we did not have 2 toilets as we thought was advertised.

There was far too much chlorine in the pool and it was very harsh on everyone’s eyes.

We had 2 couples sharing the deluxe 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the outdoor seating area. The bedrooms were spacious and each had it's own individual ac unit and a fan. One bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The other bathroom was shared by the other 2 bedrooms. The shower was wonderful with an overhead rain shower and also a hand held shower. The provided hair dryer worked very well and dried my hair quickly. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and there are 2 very nice beaches within walking distance. It was an easy drive to downtown and to either end of the island. We each had a pool/beach towel that could be traded in for a fresh one as often as needed.

The indoor living area and kitchen area were not air conditioned and got quite warm. Our "private" pool area was backed up to a parking lot....luckily there was not much traffic there, but I don't know if it is worse during high season. The one day that we wanted to get into the water from the "resort" side of the hotel, it was closed for a private event. It would have been nice if we had been told this in advance.

Smelly bathroom with mold and airconditioning not cooling and wifi was not functioning. I am a frequent visitor and was a little dissapointed.

the room was very clean, and comfortable, everything you needed

all the equipment was 220 v, no 110 V so i had to ask at the check. One day i was at the pool i wanted a smoothie, when i went to the bar the lady saw me and went out of the bar leaving me standing there. the next worker came and told me that he cannot make the smoothie for me because one worker went grocery shopping and I had to wait 30 min to an hour. WHAT! really. He didn't offer me not a glass of water while I was waiting and never told me that the one with the grocery came back to make my smoothie.
