Very good

The apartment was really clean, wifi worked well, there was an iron to press clothes. The building is new and looks great

I got a message with wrong code for lockbox to collect keys, had to call them to figure out. Sound isolation is quite poor, you can hear people using water, opening doors, walking in other rooms. Some items were broken (kettle, bathroom door lock)

Close to train station.

When you rent property to the guests, you have to be sure that your accommodation is clean before next guests check in.

Did not like it at all. First time when we checked in few days before apartment was ready but with poor quality. This time we couldn't stay in since apartment was NOT clean and ready for guests. Not changed sheets, dirty and wet towels, kitchen just like somebody was living there, part of the sheets on the floor. We had to return the key to deposit box and had to find another accommodation for that night. We had early train next day and few appointments in Poznan before checking out. Had to rearrange our appointments and very tired had to stay in Novotel Ibis since it was close to train station. We are expecting reimbursement for our pay and cover differences for another accommodation. Using booking.com many times before, we didn't stay in such disgusting place before. Sorry, but cleaning lady/man forgot to do her/his job.

9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

Brak problemu z zakwaterowaniem - przejrzysta instrukcja. Wymeldowanie do godziny 11 - można się wyspać. Blisko dworca głównego. Bardzo fajny duży taras.

Stary telewizor i złamany pilot. Oprócz tego wszystko super.

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Lokal to jeden duży pokój z własną kuchnią i łazienką, z toaletą i prysznicem.
